1) Eligibility & Approval
This program is for creators/influencers who promote FREEMEN products via social platforms or websites.
Registration does not guarantee approval. We may approve, request more details, or reject applications
based on quality, audience relevance, and compliance.
2) Tracking & Attribution
- Orders are tracked via your affiliate link and/or approved coupon code (if provided).
- Only orders attributed to your link/code will be eligible for commission.
- Tracking may depend on cookies, device/browser settings, and platform limitations.
3) Commission Rules
- Commission is calculated on the net order value (after discounts, coupon, and taxes rules as per program).
- Commission may vary by category/product and may change during campaigns.
- Self-purchases using your own link/code may be disqualified (admin decision).
4) Payout Timeline & Method
- Payouts are processed after the return/chargeback window is cleared.
- Payout method: UPI / Bank Transfer (details may be requested during payout processing).
- Minimum payout threshold, if any, will be shown in your dashboard or shared by admin.
5) Returns, Cancellations & Fraud
- Cancelled, returned, RTO, or refunded orders are not eligible for commission.
- If commission was already counted, it may be reversed or adjusted in the next payout.
- Fraudulent orders or suspicious activity leads to immediate suspension and review.
6) Content Guidelines
- Promote products honestly. Do not claim “real gold/silver” unless product explicitly says so.
- Use brand assets (logos, photos, videos) provided by FREEMEN or publicly available materials.
- Do not use misleading price claims, fake urgency, or false guarantees.
7) Prohibited Activities
- Spam, misleading ads, fake coupons, fake claims, or impersonation.
- Running ads bidding on our brand name or domain without written permission.
- Cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or hidden tracking links.
- Posting hate, illegal, or adult content associated with our brand.
8) Suspension / Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account for policy violations, suspicious activity, or non-compliance.
Any pending commissions may be withheld during investigation.
9) Changes to Program
We may update these terms, commission rates, eligibility rules, or payout schedules at any time.
